Information for current residents

Residents are encouraged to socialise and set up their own clubs and events. Communal lounges are available for hosting events.

The trustees host an annual summer party for residents which is a good opportunity for residents to meet some of the trustees that govern the charity.

We take security seriously and creating a safe environment for our residents to live is a  priority.  CCTV covers external and some communal areas. Refer to the resident’s handbook or CCTV policy for more information.
