MMC Rates
Almshouse Accommodation is affordable, with Monthly Maintenance Charges (MMC) set at approximately 80% of market rent. Charges vary with flat size. Please note that new charges apply each year from April.

Housing Benefit and Universal Credit
If you are on low income and above pensionable age you may be able to claim housing benefit to help towards the cost of your MMC. You can claim this via the local authority.
