Location

Kennet Island is a modern residential and commercial development on the southern edge of Reading, between the A33 and the River Kennet. Built on former industrial land, it has a mix of apartments, townhouses, offices, and local amenities, designed with a village-style layout. At its heart is The Piazza, with cafés, a convenience store, and community spaces that create a neighbourhood feel. Green areas, play spaces, and water features soften the urban design, while nearby Foudry Brook and paths connect to wider walking routes. Its location offers easy access to Reading town centre, Green Park business hub, and the M4.
