Process Steps
Once you have submitted your application, the following steps will be taken:

Your application will be reviewed and varified

You will be asked for further information

Your need for housing will be assessed

You may be placed into a waiting list

We will invite you to view a flat once a vacancy arrises

We will request identity documentation

We will request references
-
We will ask you to disclose your financial situation

We will invite you to attend an interview to discuss your application
If successful then you will be provided a license to sign and you will need to pay a small deposit to secure your place.

Please note there is a high demand for our Almshouse accommodation and priority will be given to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
