Penton House comprises 41 purpose built, modern apartments for over 55’s located on the Kennet Island development, south of Reading with good public transport links to central Reading . There are 1 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom apartments all equipped with a shower in the bathroom some of which have been wheelchair adapted with wet rooms. There is a bathroom available for use by any resident.
The 2 bedroom apartments are equipped with a washing machine. In addition there are two laundry rooms with washing machines and tumble dryers.
